I know I haven't posted in a while, my life's been boring, but yesterday was my birthday so went up to London to go shopping with my mum, and managed to spend all my b'day money and not really have a lot to show for it. But it was fun, and I managed to finally meet up with my friend Camilla, who I share my birthday with, we were actually born in the same hospital, at around the same time, that's how we met, so it was amazing to actually spend our birthday together, which I don't think we've done since we were, like, five. Seeing as I was dreading turning 20 (no longer a teenager, weird) the day turned out not being so bad.

Just finished watching Gossip Girl, and while it wasn't as good as last years thanksgiving ep, I still enjoyed it, and there were definitely some cute moments. And Chuck and Nate finally made up, thank god! But Vanessa, *sigh*, why? I was just starting to like you and then you go and ruin it. Seriously, what is it with her and reading other people's personal stuff?

OMG OMG YAY!!!!!!!! *bounces* Matt and Julie are FINALLY back together and so freaking cute, that scene in the car was just, GUH!, perfection. SQUEE! I'm so happy. Show do not screw this up again. How awesome is this season? Tim/Lyla AND Matt/Julie now aswell. Also - Street is so cute as a dad, I mean seriously, aww! And I'm feeling really sorry for JD, I don't want to be, but I am, his dad is an ass.

Ok, this post is just gonna be filled with randomness.

Yay for Obama winning, I've never been this interested in politics, ever, not even for my own country.

This weeks Gossip Girl was AWESOME, I can't be bothered to go into a long thing about it, but I loved all of it, especially CB, naturally.
And the new spoiler pics make me squee, no matter how wrong that may be, considering the setting.

Speaking of spoilers, the new HIMYM ones do not make me squee, ugh, :(

I've been sorta re-watching all of Wildfire for the last couple of days, but it basically just consists of the random clips that are posted at genevievecortese.com (why are the episodes not posted anywhere?), but it's just reminded me how much I FREAKING LOVE Junior/Kris, I mean seriously, how were they so awesome when the show itself was pretty lame? They got the happiest ending out of all of my million ships.

I've completely fallen in love with the movie Across The Universe, I watched it twice on sunday, and I need the soundtrack ASAP.

In real life news, I am FINALLY meeting my mum's boyfriend on saturday, after, like, god, 7 years? Wow, hee. I won't even bother going into the reasons why it's been so long, it's complicated, but I'm pretty nervous. Luckily I've already met his daughter quite a few times, and she's gonna be there, and we get along, which is good. Now I've just gotta get there without telling my dad, see - complicated, lol.

I am LOVING Grey's Anatomy at the moment, granted I've only seen the Alex/Izzie stuff, but that's the only bit I really care about, and they have been so perfect this season. I just watched last nights clips, and that final scene of theirs was the cutest thing ever, especially for them. I never thought the show would put them back together in any way, and now they're, like, 'going steady' squee!!

Greek was really good this week, especially as it had my two favourite things: Kappa Tau funnyness and Cappie/Casey cuteness, so that's enough to keep me happy.

I don't understand how I don't have a ship off 90210, that's normally the first thing I find in a new show, especially a teen one, it's weird.
But I did kinda love Naveed/Adrianna, I mean it came out of nowhere, but it was cute. I still don't like Ethan/Annie, they're just too cutesy-cute, and I want Ethan/Silver, even though Silver/Dixon are quite cute.

And I've also got all obsessed with Lipstick Jungle, even though it's probably gonna get cancelled, but I love, love, love Nico/Kirby.

+ Oh it was so good! Chuck/Blair continue to be awesome. Blair's original seduction techniques were kinda pathetic, but funny, and their scenes just got better and better as the episode went on. And then that final scene and all of it's perfectness. Everything Chuck said was right, I mean it sucks, but he was dead on. And they were both so sad and heartbroken about it, which I loved. Keep it up show!
+ I actually kinda loved Jenny, which is weird, and KAITLIN YAY! And Nate/Jenny - totally cute, how'd that happen? + Dan/Serena continue to be the boring part of the show, but at least they didn't annoy me. Serena/Aaron were nothing special either, but we'll see how that goes. But Dan managed to be pretty awesome when he was with Blair. Chuck and Blair seem to have that affect on people.
+ So all in all a very good episode, probably one of the best of the season so far.

+ Yay for Justin/Rebecca finally having sex, and fight!sex before normal!sex, lol.
+ And Kevin/Scotty were adorable as usual.

How freaking amazing was this episode, every second of Chuck/Blair was just perfect, this is why I love them, and Chuck Bass just owns my heart. I don't even know which bit was my favourite, I loved all of it, but, GUH, that final scene was so hot, and exactly what I wanted to happen. I mean they're not gonna get a happy ending, at least not yet anyway, and all of it was so perfectly in character, I mean of course Chuck couldn't say 'I love you' in the first episode, and of course Blair won't say it now, that's just who they are, and I don't want them to change. And at least Blair basically admitted she wants Chuck, I mean she was completely jealous of Vanessa, and let Chuck win the bet just so she could sleep with him. And also, Chuck managed to make Vanessa pretty awesome, which I figured he would, she saw the genuine guy that is there under all of Chuck's layers, and I love it when people realise he is in fact a human being. Which Nate seems to have forgotten, I mean seriously WTF, Chuck hasn't done anything to him but be the best BFF ever, and he's treating him like crap in favour of Dan Humphrey, who didn't do anything this episode to help Nate out that Chuck wouldn't have done had he known. The other thing I loved this episode - ERIC! He's just so awesome, and he's got to be the most level-headed, normal character on any tv show, ever. And he has a new, cute boyfriend, yay! Oh and the scene with the Van Der Basses was adorable, I would have been pissed Chuck wasn't there if he hadn't been off being awesome with Blair. And I'm sorry this is all one huge paragraph, but lj-cut is being stupid for some reason.

And Eminem is making a come back, YAY!!!!

+ Went to go see Eagle Eye last night because I LOVE Shia LeBeouf, but the movie was really good and suspenseful and Shia is just so incredibly watchable. Also Ethan Embry was in it and I loved him in Can't Hardly Wait.

+ But the best part of my trip to the cinema? They had a Twilight poster, and it took all my strength not to start jumping up and down and freaking out, lol. And it said Dec 19th which is sooner than I thought, so it's only 2 months away, yay. I then sat there through all the trailers hoping they'd show the Twilight one, but they didn't :(, but they did show Max Payne which I cannot wait to see.

+ Also why does HSM3 have to be coming out at the cinema? Why? It's embarrassing enough when no one knows I love these movies.

+ I'm getting so excited for Gossip Girl, especially as I know a little of what happens between Chuck/Blair, and I can't wait.

Started my new job today, it's only volunteer work but I really need something to pad out my cv, and at the moment I have no experience, but it went well and I now know how to work a cash register, which is gonna come in handy.

Just finished watching FNL, I'm loving this season so far, I mean Tim and Lyla are finally together, and there's cute Matt/Julie stuff again, so yay!

I finally found the theme tune to True Blood, and downloaded it, I really love the opening credits, and the song is just brilliant.

Loved Gossip Girl this week, and I'm glad the Blair/Serena feud is over 'cos it was really making me dislike Serena, and Chuck was awesome as usual, and Nate really needs to start appreciating him.
Next week better live up to the promo, 'cos it's looks awesome, and Chuck and Blair playing out Cruel Intentions is just perfect, and I'm hoping this ep will make me like Vanessa, 'cos Chuck seems to make people more awesome when he's with them.

First off, I'm going to my grandma's tomorrow, which means no internet, so I'm gonna be MIA till sunday/monday, just so you all don't think I'm being a crappy lj-friend.

Real life news: my friend Jo had a baby on Saturday :) I'm still in shock about her being pregnant and now there's a baby, weird, hee. She had a boy and he's called Harrison Robert, which I think is really cute. I haven't seen him yet but I bet he's adorable.

Now onto the usual stuff. Monday nights (tuesday mornings for me) has ridiculous amounts of stuff on.

+ Overall I really enjoyed it, it was just Serena that kinda bugged me.
+ Chuck and Blair know just how to hurt each other, it must be love.
+ Chuck Bass: break my heart why don't'cha? Seriously, Ed killed me in that scene.
+ I love the Serena story-line in theory, but I'm not really feeling it, I think it's 'cause Blake is not as good an actress as Leighton, and can't completely pull off being a bitch while still being likable, Serena's just pissing me off. I don't why finally becoming who she's supposed to be, or whatever, equals being a bitch to Blair.
+ Chuck/Dan were awesome. And Dan did not annoy me, that is the power of Chuck.
+ I really liked the Blair/Jenny stuff as well. "I wanted to be freinds with you." Aaw!

+ I LOVE Sylar! And I LOVE Sylar and HRG teaming up, it was all kinds of awesome.
+ Peter was HOT! I mean he always is, but it still needed saying, especially FuturePeter. Nathan's being all hot as well.
+ I really need a Sylar/Peter/Nathan scene.
+ No more Weevil :( And no Elle :(
+ Hiro's storylines always seem to be the weak link in episodes that are otherwise awesome. Not even being reunited with Ando is helping.

+ I love Chuck/Sarah. They were so adorable on their date, but why couldn't they have kissed before he flashed :(
+ Chuck being Charles Carmichael was awesome, he really can be such a great spy.
+ I loved all the Chuck/Casey stuff. "I catch you when you fall." He totally didn't want to kill Chuck, it was so cute.
+ Casey going with Morgan and Chuck to watch Jeff eat 90 twinkies was just made of win!
+ Shirtless Chuck - SQUEE!
+ And I love Morgan's haircut, he looks cute.

HIMYM was funny as always. Robin was especially funny, but no Barney/Robin :( And I just have to say: Jason Segel Cut. Your. Hair. Please.

I just finished watching, and OH MY GOD! It finally happened, I did not see that coming, at all. Jim proposed to Pam, she said yes, and I was just watching it the whole time going "oh my god is this actually happenning?" I can't believe they managed to stop that getting leaked, that's impressive.

I have just watched lots and lots of TV, and they've all kind of molded into one, so, yeah, HIMYM, Gossip Girl and Heroes are now one show, lol.

There are no words for how awesome this was. Barney is so in love with Robin, I love it, but he's still Barney, thank god! NPH completely rocked the whole thing, he was just so damn adorable.
I loved Barney trying to tell Lily, but not being able to, and then telling her that he wants to be with her all the time, but not be her boyfriend, it was all just so perfectly in character. And then the date, he was trying to be all sweet and Ted-like, and Robin just wanted him to be his normal self, they are so perfect for each other. And then she set him up with the bimbo, which broke his heart (and mine). And then he was trying to convince Lily in didn't mean anything, and he was over Robin, and then he turned on the news just to get a glimpse of her, AWW! This is exactly want I wanted to happen, and I hope they keep up with the awesomeness. Also love the Marshall/Ted/Stella storyline because Star Wars = GREATEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME.

Part of me LOVED this episode, and part of me was really put off by all the extreme bitchiness. I mean I know it's a big part of the show, but it was a bit much. I don't like Dan or Jenny, so that didn't really bother me, I just really hated how Serena treated Blair at the end, I'm glad we're FINALLY getting Bad-Serena, but if that's how she treated Blair pre-show, then how are they such good friends. And just because she's decided to step up and be the Queen, why does she have to treat B like one of her minions, Blair never treated her like that.
Chuck trying to get Blair dethroned so she'll come crawling back to him like she did last time, is evil but brilliant. ILU Chuck!
Lord Marcus and The Duchess having an affair wasn't completely shocking, but was still awesome, but poor Blair, I know she was just using him to get back and Chuck, but she definitely liked him. And stupid Vanessa for ruining Blair's genius plan, but I did doubt that Blair would actually do anything, because of how she reacted when she found out about Nate and Serena last year.

Yay, it's finally back, it's been so long, I've missed my weekly Milo fix, hee. So much stuff happened that I can't really remember everything, but I loved all the Peter/Claire stuff, they have too much chemistry, they should not be related, Weevil and Veronica reunited, kinda, but they were in the same scene so yay, and Peter actually being Weevil, so there was also a little bit of Peter/Elle. And HOLY CRAP! Mama Petrelli is Sylar's mum, AWESOME, Sylar and Peter are brothers! And Sylar's also related to Claire, love it, the three of them will be a dysfunctional family that never dies.
I still need to watch Terminator, but I needed a break from all the awesomeness.

SQUEE! Dylan is the father of Kelly's baby AND she's still in love with him, Thank God! I can now properly enjoy new 90210, because the way the original ended has not been completely ruined. When Brenda said Dylan I seriously screamed, this is what I'd been waiting for since the first episode, now they just have to bring Luke Perry back and I will be even more ridiculously happy. Dylan/Kelly are one of my all time favourite ships, so this is why I'm acting like a complete spaz.
Other stuff happened in the episode as well, obviously, but it just pales in comparison to Dylan being the father. But I do now really like Ethan/Naomi, which I never expected, and Naomi just completely rocks, I love her, and Silver too, I'm glad we're getting some stuff of the two of them together, I want like flashbacks of their friendship.
Michael and Sara seriously just always make me go 'aww', I'm so glad she's back, I really did miss them being together last season, but that cliffhanger was evil.
I really love the direction the shows taking, it's getting really good.
Greek hasn't been added anywhere yet, which is annoying, I really hope there's some Cappie/Casey in this episode, 'cos I miss them.

   First off, Happy Belated Birthday!! to crazy__girl Hope you had a great day.

   This wasn;t the best episode ever, although I don't think it helped that I'd already seen all the C/B scenes, why do I do this to myself? I always regret it once the episode's aired. Also the version I watched on the internet had the sound like 10 seconds behind, which was seriously annoying.
   But anyway, Chuck and Blair were still amazing, the scene where Chuck's trying to seduce Blair was the hottest thing ever (I'll sleep with you Chuck!) And then their makeout had so much electricity, they managed to turn the power back on, hee.
   Everyone else just failed in comparison. I mean D/S have no chemistry, and it's just not fair to them when their boring scenes happen after C/B's hot scenes. But Nate/Vanessa were cute, and Vanessa was actually likable, keep it up.
   I've forgotten what else happened, um, Marcus needs to GTFO my show, Jenny just irritated me as usual, Nate was being an idiot, like I said Dan/Serena bored me, and Chuck and Blair were just awesome the whole time, together and apart, except for Blair going after Marcus at the end, WHY?

   Watched Sarah Connor Chronicles as well, and it continues to be awesome.

   And I'm sorry I haven't posted in a week, but I've read and commented so I feel less guilty. I was gonna post on Sunday and rant about how much I hate my dad's girlfriend, but I figured nobody wants to read that. But I am seriously pissed off at her for butting into my life when it has absolutely nothing to do with her. And if anyone's seen that episode of HIMYM when Ted dates the woman who just talks and talks and talks, that's what she's like, I mean seriously she nevershuts up. Okay so you got a little rant *shrugs* oh well.

   Oh and yesterday my eye just all of a sudden felt like it had been punched for no reason, and then I wake up this morning and it's like swollen up, which is fanastic :(

Not enought C/B, but the flirting at the end was enough to keep me happy. How can that one scene have more sexual tension and be way hotter, than all the D/S scenes combined?
So, yeah, the D/S stuff bored me, I can't believe there was ever a time when I shipped them, weird.
Chuck is like the best BFF ever, Nate really needs to step up. Selling Victrola was so sweet and Nate didn't even appreciate it.
Marcus and his crap british accent need to go away, he's just no where near awesome enough for Blair, and his attempt at a british accent is just insulting.
I don't hate Vanessa anymore, just thought I'd throw that in.

Okay, I am now officially a John/Cameron shipper. All their scenes just broke my heart. And I know they don't really love each other, but that scene was just so well acted, that it was totally believable.
This show just gets better and better, I never thought I'd love it so much.

I watched the first two episodes, and I really like it. It's weird, and it's about vampires so it obviously has me hooked. And I like Sookie/Bill, they're kinda like Edward/Bella, but not, and they're weirdly hot tohgether.

Watched 90210 yesterday, and it was better than I thought it was gonna be, I mean it was nothing amazing, but it was entertaining, and it has potential Surprisingly I don't ship anyone yet, but the only real option at the moment is Ethan/Annie, and they're just to obvious, and'll probably be boring. For some reason though I like the idea of Ethan/Silver, even though they haven't even had a scene together yet, but I already really like Silver, she's pretty awesome, and she's Kelly and Davids sister, which I love. Naomi's pretty cool as well, why is it that the bitches are always more interesting? I mean Annie's too nice and normal to be a compelling character. I LOVE Ryan, he's Farber off Dirt, and he's so yummy! But he has to stay away from Kelly, 'cos Dylan HAS to come back, and be revealed as her kids dad, and then they can live happily ever after, like they were supposed to after the original series ended.
The Kelly/Brenda reunion was nothing amazing, but it was kinda cool seeing them together again after like 13 years or whatever it was. But the best part - NAT! Nat's back, YAY!

Went into Brighton yesterday, and bought more dvds that I don't need, it's like an addiction. Went to see Wild Child, which was silly entertaing fluff, but there were stupid brats sitting behind me and my friend and they just talked, loudly, through the whole movie, I think everyone in the cinema wanted to kill them by the end. And I've got a cold at the moment so I feel all blah!

It's finally back, YAY!

   Chuck and Blair were so FUCKING AWESOME, that I have no words, they totally ruled this episode. And Ed Westwicks acting, WOW, that boy can act. I've always thought he's was one of the best actors in the cast (along with Leighton, who was also amazing) but he just totally blew me away, and broke my heart with all his sad woobie faces, guh!
   I can't pick a favourite scene of theirs, I loved them all, but that last scene completely broke my heart, he loves her but he's Chuck Bass and he can't say it, and that's completely realistic. And Blair must love him too, otherwise she wouldn't have cared whether he could say it or not, god this season is gonna be filled with such great C/B angst, I can't wait.
   I seriously LOVE where the writers seem to be going with the pairing, and I hope they keep it up because I DO NOT WANT them becoming Dan/Serena, the boringness, I can't believe at the beginning they were like my OTP.
   I know other stuff happened in this episode, but Chuck/Blair has filled my brain, and I can't concentrate on the other stuff, except that Eric was adorable and awesome!

I'm not even gonna bother with One Tree Hill, I haven't finished season 5 yet, and I don't want my Chuck/Blair high ruined.

Just watched all the leaked Chuck/Blair scenes, why do I do this to myself? I don't wanna be this spoiled! But the wait is making me crazy and I cannot be held accountable for my actions, yes I'm being over-dramatic, hee.

I've FINALLY found a dvd player that will play Friday Night Lights season 2, YAY, but I seriously had to try like 7 players, all belonging to various people, till I found one that would play it, man was that stressfull (being over-dramatic again)

I've been watching Dead Like Me for like the millionth time until tv stars up again, and it just never stops being awesome, Mason owns my heart, but I want new tv stuff, and it's finally getting close, THANK GOD!

And the new tv season has begun, yay, just finished watching the newest epi of Greek, I love when shows are added so quickly to somewhere on the internet, I'm a seriously impatient person so it's really nice not to have to wait.

- Cappie dressed up as a cheerleader was made of win, I so love him.
- The look between Cappie/Casey was cute, and they had a scene, which is always good. Hopefully they'll get some good stuff this season, and luckily I don't hate Cappie/Rebecca, which is shocking.
- I also don't mind Evan/Frannie, but then I'm not an Evan/Casey fan so there's no reason it should bother me.
- Evan was a bit of a douche this episode though, injuring Cappie is not cool.
- I really love the Rusty/Calvin friendship, especially when Dale gets thrown in there as well, they're so cute as the three musketeers.

And OMG the Gossip Girl sneak peek from 2.03

The HOTNESS of Chuck/Blair in that scene, MY GOD, that was just the hottest thing EVER! *fans self* I mean seriously that was just ... GUH! The wait for Gossip Girl is nearly killing me, and scenes like that of CB teaching like a master class in UST is not helping one little bit.

I have a new layout, YAY, it's Chuck/Blair, and it's pretty, hee. I'm also really impressed I managed to figure out how to add it, it took a while but I figured it out, lol.

Seeing as this is a random post, I may as well say: What the hell is up with HBP being pushed back like 9 MONTHS? WHY? I never thought I'd be this pissed about a Harry Potter movie, but I am, I wanna watch it, SOON! Not in June or whenever. :(

I'm still making my way through the book, really slowly, but I've just reached the end of the Jacob part, and WTF!!!! Seriously!?! SERIOUSLY!?! He's imprinted on their kid, that is just so, so, SO, SO WRONG! I'm really hoping I miss-read that, and it didn't actually happen, but I cannot bring myself to continue reading to find out. But that is just the most disturbing and wrong thing ever, what the HELL is wrong with Stephenie Meyer! I'd been starting to warm up to Jacob a bit (IKR? what the hell?) but that is now completely shot to hell. SERIOUSLY!?! *deep breaths*

Wow, it's been a seriously long time since I've posted, sorry about that, I just haven't really had a lot to write about, thankfully all my fave tv shows are coming back soon, yay!

Haven't really done a lot this week so far, went to go see The Dark Knight on tuesday for the 2nd time, and it's still as awesome on second viewing.

Breaking Dawn finally came today, and I'm really dreading reading it, how pathetic is that?, but I haven't heard anything good about it yet, and I really don't want to hate it. I'll probably write a reaction post once I've finished it, 'cos I'm assuming I'll need to rant, hee.

And I also FINALLY got season 2 of Friday Night Lights today, but none of the dvd players in the house play it, :(. It's because it's region 1 but I was pretty sure I had a multi-regional player, because I have Gilmore Girls on region 1 dvd's and I can play them, but apparantly the universe does not want me to see the second season of FNL, and so now I'm really pissed and upset. But I'm gonna take it to my grandma's this weekend and see if I can watch it there, *fingers crossed*.

Ooh and I have a new tv show (as if I need another one) that I'm obsessed with: Battlestar Galactica, it's a seriosly awesome show. And of course with the new show comes a new crush: Jamie Bamber (GUH!) and a new ship: Lee/Kara. I'm so far only half way through season 2, and I'm trying really hard not to spoil myself, but that's not the easiest thing in the world, lol.

I'm gonna try to get back into the habit of posting semi-regularly, so hopefully it won't be weeks again.

I just found this on LJ and it makes me so unbelievably giddy, that I had to share and squee.
It's an interview with Craig Thomas (creator/producer?) and it is just like the most perfect interview EVER. I am now just SO excited for season 4 that the wait may just kill me, lol.
I always loved the possibility of Barney/Robin ever since Zip, Zip, Zip, but I never really expected anything to happen, unlike a lotta people, but how wrong I was, THANK GOD!

Craig Thomas: Maybe we're not milking it enough, as a lot of shows do very well. We're just diving into that in episode one. A-story, B-story, just picking up on Ted and Stella and Barney dealing with those feelings. Let's get right to it and give the audience what they want.

Question: You've been building to Barney and Robin since the Laser Tag episode in season one.

Thomas We have. It's been two years coming, we don't need to stretch it out any longer than that. Neil's so amazing with her, Cobie's so amazing with Neil. Lily's going to play into it a bunch, as the only one who can tell something's a little odd about Barney, something a little different than before the bus hit him. It's fun to see her recognize him.

Question:And the flipside of that is what Neil said at the New York Emmy event: how do you do this without making Robin look like an idiot for getting with a man she knows treats women so badly?

Thomas: The funny thing is, they were so sweet together in that Sandcastles episode where he put his arm around her and told her how awesome she is. You just buy it. There will never be a more perfect woman for Barney than Robin. I kind of just buy it, I don't feel like we have to prove it to the audience.

I haven't posted in ages but I figured I may as well now, as I'm bored.

Spent the WHOLE day watching HIMYM season 3 for the first time, and I mean seriously the WHOLE day. Which I know is kinda pathetic but I'd decided like a week ago to give up waiting for it to air over here, so I figured I'd download it but I only managed to find a couple of eps which really pissed me off, and then all of a sudden today I found the whole season on like some random japanese you tube type site, YAY! So I'm now all caught up for the new season which I will have to download 'cos I love this show way too much to be spoiled again like I was for this season. And there had better be some awesome Barney/Robin stuff 'cos that look Barney gave Robin at the end promised SOMETHING. Also, Britney? Not as great as I was expecting. I mean there was so much hype, I was expecting to be at least a little bit impressed, and her 2nd appearance was like the worst episode the shows ever had. She better not come back, the shows too good for her.

On a tiny break from HIMYM I watched the first part of Dr Horribles Sing Along Blog - so funny! Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion SINGING in something created by Joss Whedon is just one of the awesomest things ever.

So that has been my day, as you can tell it was very productive. (sarcasm) I really badly need a job.
